So... every Friday is my official weigh in day..
Well a pre info before we get to the weigh in part.. This week I felt like have been doing going nothing to bad. I mean on Tuesday I ate a Panera.. not as healthy as people would think AND THEN I ate Buffalo Wild Wings last night (Yummo may I add) ... but I guess this whole working out for 45 mins 6 days a week is really paying off because...
Drum roll please... I lost 5 pounds!!
Not alot you say... UMM HELLO in ONE WEEK!!
Go ME!!
